Ron Ward (BA (Law) LLB Dip Adv Labour Law) [Partner]

was a founding member of the firm. He was admitted as an attorney in 1996 and his area of expertise includes High Court Litigation, Commercial Law, Property Law, Insolvency Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and he is particularly skilled in Labour Law.

Julia Ward (B Proc LLB) [Partner]

Joined our firm in 2001. She was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary in 2001 and her areas of practice are Property Law, Conveyancing and Notarial Matters.

Francois Pienaar (B Com LLB) [Partner]

Joined our firm in 2001. He was admitted as an attorney in 1993 and he practices in across-the-board High Court Litigation and is particularly skilled in Commercial, Property and Insolvency Law.

Angelique Heerink (BA (Law) LLB ADR accredited mediator) [Partner]

Joined our firm in 2010, after having worked for the Road Accident Fund for several years and after having practiced as an advocate for several years. She was admitted as an attorney in 1996 and her areas of practice are Alternative Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Insurance- and Personal Injury Law.

John Robertson (Dip Jur) [Consultant]

He is a consultant to our Property Law Department.

Robert Siddle (B Com Dip Sports Management LLB) [Professional Assistant]

Joined our firm in 2011. He was admitted as an attorney in 2011 and practices in Magistrates Court Litigation, Labour Law and Commercial Law.

Neil Klein [Candidate Attorney]

Joined our firm in 2010. He is gaining experience in all aspects of Law, and in particular the Law of Insolvency.

James White (BA LLB LLM Sports Law) [Candidate Attorney]

Joined our firm in 2010. He is gaining experience in all aspects of Law, and in particular Commercial Law.

Karen Bosman (BA LLB) [Candidate Attorney]

Joined our firm in 2011. She is gaining experience in all aspects of Law, and in particular Commercial Law, Family Law and Personal Injury Law.

Connie Alho, with more than 22 years experience in debt collection, heads up this specialised field. This department offers additional value-added services by way of company searches, property searches and credit checks.
